how difficulty is rated
A track is as hard as its hardest corner. Cost of $1M: Easy up to $100, Medium up to $300, Hard up to $800, Expert beyond. Jumpiness, how far price moves in 30 seconds: Easy up to 1.0 bps, Medium up to 2.0, Hard up to 3.5, Expert beyond.
