Is Hyperider safe? Can I get liquidated?

Trades are tiny, capped, and auto-closed each ride with a session stop-loss, so losses stay small rather than the account-sized losses manual perp trading risks. Live rides can still lose money. You can also ride in free practice mode with no wallet and no real trades to learn first.

Does Hyperider take custody of my funds?

Accepted Answer

No. Hyperider is non-custodial. You keep your funds in your own accounts on each perp DEX. On most venues you sign a trade-only key that can place small orders but cannot withdraw or move your funds; on the few whose keys can do more (Paradex, N1, RISEx) the key stays in your browser and is never sent to a server. Hyperider never holds your assets.

What is Privy and how do I connect?

Privy is the wallet-connection layer Hyperider uses. You connect your existing wallet and approve one signature per venue. No seed phrase is shared, and on most venues the key that signature creates is trade-only and cannot withdraw funds.

Can I try Hyperider without trading real money?

Yes. Tap 'watch a lap' to ride in free practice mode, no wallet, no risk, no real trades. When you are ready, go live and each ride places small real trades on the venue you choose.

How much are the fees?

Accepted Answer

As low as $0 per $1M of volume on zero-fee venues like Lighter, and single-digit-to-low dollars per $1M on maker-first venues. Hyperider studies live market conditions and routes every drive down the cheapest path it can find, and keeps working to push fees lower.

Do I need an account on the perp DEX?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you fund and hold your balance on each perp DEX yourself (Hyperliquid, Lighter, Arcus and the rest of the sixteen). Hyperider drives on top of those accounts and never holds custody. Every trade also farms that venue's own points/airdrop.
